Hi Slade, ,

Sure. You just run Jaws from the system tray,. Go to your Jaws window, the
one you wish wouldn't always be showing. Now open the options menu, then
open the basics submenu. Now tab down through a few items until you come to
a check box for running Jaws from the system tray. Check this check box, tab
to OK, hit Enter, and next time you launch Jaws or it starts automatically,
it will be in the system tray. Then you can call up its main window either
by pressing Insert J or by opening the system tray list of icons by pressing
Insert F11 and arrowing to Jaws and pressing Enter.

Hope that's clear.

Subject: alt tab and setting?

Hey All,

Is there a way to have the jaws screen not come up when switching through
windows? Say like I'm running various programs and as I go between a few
using alt tab the jaws screen appears and I have to minimize. Any way to
set jaws to not pop up?
