That dialog box should have a checkbox that says do not show again or the
like.

Subject: adobe acrobat7 settings with jfw
Hello,
I've just downloaded acrobat 7 and i'd like to set it up for best use
with jfw. I was wondering if there were any settings i had to tweak? On
another box with acrobat7 and jfw everytime i open a pdf i am given a
startup dialog asking me about reading order, ideally i'd like for this not
to happen, but although i've checked use preferences checkbox or the like it
still occurs.
