Subject: address bar on web page

Hi, all,
I can't remember how to get to the address bar on a web page to either read it or copy it, then get back to the content of the page. If I use F4, I get stuck on the address bar and can't get out of it. I know there is another keyboard command to navigate this, but I can't remember what it is.
Can someone please refresh my memory?
