Hi,
I incountered a problem once when I upgraded to Jaws 10.0 from Jas 7.0
it for some reason wouldn't take the activation and I had to call Freedom
Scientific for them to fix this problem.

Which version of Jaws did you use to go to FS to check for activations? I
found a difference in the readings once when I used an older version in
that process. The result was a minor embarrassment when I asked for more
activations and had FS repeat the rule back to me.

Hi: I am using jaws 10; however, on an older machine, used exclusively
for audio recording, I use jaws 8. On that machine I had a problem with
the power supply and after fixing everthing, Jaws asked me to activate,
it says I need additional activations; however, I see on freedom's site
that I have one. I can only read the error code with the jaws cursor. Any
