Patricia- Which version of Outlook are you referring to in the message below?
Control-3 does not seem to be a shortcut in 2002.

Hi:
the easist way to add a contact is to do control 3 to get to the contact menu,
and then control N for new contact and you're on your way. if you have an
e-mail from person that you want to add, go to the from field, select their
contact info, right click and go down until you hear add to Outlook contacts,
or just hit n.
