jaws 7.1 simply reads button on my laptop. there are three of such buttons. 
others like volume, safely removed hardware are read properly.
how can i set jaws to read correctly the other three buttons?

     Put focus into the System tray and press v.  First letter selection is 
available for these items and even if you can't see it it should still be 
there, so see if this finds it.

      No, Insert+F10 brings up the JAWS task list which allows you to switch to 
or minimize running applications. 
      Insert+F11 will list the icons in your system tray.

      Doesn't insert F10 list the items in the system tray?
