Actually, depending on the complexity of the document and the conformance
rating you wish to achieve with wcag, this will not be enough. Also, you
can validate correctly and still produce pages that are not accessible
simply by using things like click here and the rong info in alt tags.
Accessibility checkers help you with this sort of thing.

The w3c validation service checks for valid html which intern will make
your documents accessible I believe as long as you remember to use
alt-tags for graphics and text labels for your links and use a doc type
that includes 4.01 strict in the doctype definition. the link is
http://validator.w3.org/#skip
You can validate by local or web file. This service will explain how to
fix yo8ur errors.

Hi folks,
I know there are a number of tools out there which can be used to check
sites for w3c compliance. My question is: which, if any, are accessible to
JAWS, preferably with a minimum of hassle? Does anybody have any
suggestions of particularly good or bad ones? Thanks.
Mary
