The w3c validation service checks for valid html which intern will make your documents accessible I believe as long as you remember to use alt-tags for graphics and text labels for your links and use a doc type that includes 4.01 strict in the doctype definition. the link is http://validator.w3.org/#skip You can validate by local or web file.
