did you put the .LOG in uppercase? I think that is the only way it will work.

Hi, I couldn't get this to work. I'm using JAWS 8, if it makes a difference.
Thanks...Bob

Subject: accessible diary software

HI,

I use Notepad as my diary/daily log software.

If you create a file and place ".LOG" as the first line in the file then
Notepad will automatically drop to the end of the file and insert the current
date and time for you. You could then type your subject and the rest of your
entry.

Very cheap and very simple and Jaws friendly.
