accessible blog site?

Is there a blog site that is accessible with Jaws including to sign up? I have
a my space account but think they are having tech problems as it will not let
me sign in. When I put in my info and click to sign in I am told ie can't find
the web page. Thanks for any help. I would also like the blog site to be
recognized by google.
