Hmm. I guess because when in Openbook, you can have JAWS speaking instead
of the Openbook voice, and also have the default JAWS keystrokes active instead
of the standard Openbook reading commands? Or because Openbook is a Freedom
Scientific product?
Not sure, but that's my quick assessment.
