If you go to www.blindcooltech.com and navigate through the various
headings, you will find a Window seven tutorial done by Rick Harmen. Great

Subject: a windows 7 primer to start, anyone know where I can download one?

I just bought a new pc that has Windows 7 home premium.
Lots of memory, so hopefully my old sluggish days will be on the downturn.

I want to see if I can find something to read about using new Operating
  System.

Does someone know where you can download a good bit of text that describes
the navigation and features of Windows 7?
What I have found so far has a lot click on this and that images and video
tutorials on the microsoft page. I was hoping maybe one of you knows where
folks like us who are going to be navigating using keyboard commands might
get to the heart of what we need to know without having to browse around and

past so much of that stuff.

Also, this is a 64-bit system. So I have an SMA with my JAWS but I have only

  every used a 32-bit system.
Do I need to just go and download the 64-bit version of JAWS from the
  Freedom Scientific website?
Or maybe it is on the newly sent out DVD with JAWS on it. (I have not yet
opened that, with the problems I was having on my old pc's I was just
  waiting.)

Will sighted assistance be advised when first installing the new JAWS on
  this system?

  Thanks for any suggestions.

  Rik
