hi,
the difference in between Nero ultra edition & Nero premium is:
** Nero premium is come with only 1 cd's
** Nero ultra edition come with 2 cd's.
** Nero premium doesn't come with some additional plug-in, such as mpeg2.0
plug-in.
** Nero ultra edition will come with all others plug-in.
this is the most reason that I can think of at the moment. If you familiar
with Microsoft product, it's something like standard edition & professional
edition.
