If you can get it for free via your SMA then you should go ahead and do it,
since your revision count will already be reduced by a quantity of 1.
If you need to pay, then it depends on whether you want the additional
web-browsing features and the tweaks they put in.
Check the FS web site and navigate to the download page for JAWS and you should
find a "what's new" link to describe what changed from version 11 to version 12.
