Hi, try Jarte (www.jarte.com). Although not as powerful as Word (no programme is as powerful as word lol), it's certainly fully accessible (it even runs in screen reader mode if a screen reader's running), and can handle Word documents, Rich Text documents, Plain Text documents, and possibly others.
