I've had the same problem. Only way I havee found to fix is by alt-tabbing away
from and back to the application. Sometimes changing normal to print view and
back doesn't even work. Thanks for those other suggestions have to try them out
and see if they do any good.

Also, it can help to be in normal view (instead of print layout view),
so check the view menu.
I don't know why, but having an excessive number of toolbars turned on
causes jaws problems, so check which ones you have turned on (under the
view | toolbars menu) and turn off any that you aren't using at the
moment.
Make sure the window is maximized.
Please tell us if anything does solve this so that we can pass it on to
others.
