Word 2003 And list Boxes

Hello.
I am using Jaws 9 and Word 2003.
I am navigating in a table, and I have a list box with 6 choices.
How do I make my choice within the list box within the table?
I use the alt + down arrow key to enter the list box, but I don't know
how to make my choice.
When I alt up arrow to leave the list box, my choice is not maintained.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
