Wireless keyboard problem

Hello listers,
I recently installed a Microsoft Natural MultiMedia Keyboard on my Dell desktop
PC. The mouse-keyboard package is Microsoft Optical Desktop Pro. I am running
JAWS 8.0.2173.
The problem I have with this setup is that JAWS often speaks the word "clear"
when I arrow to a spreadsheet cell or a specific line or word in a Word
document. It's aggravating to repeat keystrokes just to get JAWS to speak the
right character string. Any thoughts?
