I had asked once that this thread be taken off the list, and apparently 
very few actually did so, so I'll say it one more time. Take this thread, 
please, to either private emails or another more suitable list. It doesn't 
belong on an email list that's relative to JFW. If the thread isn't brought 
to a close here soon, I may need to start moderating people.
