Louis, If you need info on jaws related use of Windows, then right here is the best place; or screen related use of Windows, the lists already mentioned are probably your best bet. However, if you need answers to Windows questions, I think the MS news groups you started with are by far a much better place to get informed answers from experts on general Windows problems. I'm afraid I've seen far too much incorrect advice on these blind related groups to tell you to just skip the groups loaded with MS MVPs in favor of them. If you're having trouble with using the web interface, try using the news reader interface such as outlook express instead (the server name is msnews.microsoft.com). If you need tips on using outlook express, ask here or ask me privately, or on these other lists mentioned in previous replies. It really is easy once you make the effort, and you do get to talk with real experts for your effort.
