Windows Live Messenger 14.0, Infobar

Hi all,
is the infobar in the latest Windows Live Messenger accessible with JAWS 10?
It reports status info about a selected contact, and informs you of any new
activities or updates available for Messenger.
Prior versions would work fine, but in the latest version, JAWS just says
"infobar is empty". Does this work on english versions of Windows Live with
an English JAWS installed?
