No, the 11.0.1430 build of JFW 11 introduced an additional bug:

When going through messages in the inbox of the Windows Live Mail program from 
top-down, deleting with Control + D as you finish, the 1430 build will then 
show a window with buttons in it. You then have to hit escape to get rid of 
this window and then click on the next message.

Reading messages from bottom to top avoids this bug. The 11.0.1447 build fixed 
this bug.

Furthermore, the other bugs I have described exist in the 143p0 build, (at 
least in a Windows 7 64-bit system).
