When it is in the library window use control+tab to get back to the main window.
Read the help on winamp. One man's crap is anothers plate of prime rib I guess.
I find winamp's performance with jaws to be absolutely steller. I can read what
the available internet stremes are, what they are playing, the rating for the
streme etc. Disable the ratings filtering, and also disable any visualizations.

Hey guys,
Anyone had any isues with winamp 5 and jfw 6.1?
It seems to be a rather crappy program.
I'm trying to isolate the problem.
I seem to be getting it in to the winamp library mode, and it doesn't
allow me to just hit the alt key to go in to the winamp menu.
Any ideas how to fix this problem with winamp 5, has anyone had this
happen before?
