It repairs both JAWS and its associated components. You type slash type
space repair at the end of the full path to the JAWS setup program. Hope
this helps.

Chris,

And what, if you would be so kind, is that special type of repair?

Dave

I would agree that JFW 11 has fewer authorization issues than say 10. This
is from my experience. My issue occurs after installing iTunes under 7 and
reboot the PC. Clearly some driver messes up both the display driver and
authorization, however I can do a special type of repair which can be done
from the command line and it fixes things but only after I remove the driver
and reboot. Authorization returns to normal.

Does FS have an 800 number for tech support? The only 800 number I have is
for sales.
I think FS has a long way to go yet with support for Windows7. I keep having
to authorize this thing and it happens with the slightest change I make. I
just uninstalled MacAfee andit gets unauthorized and the video chain gets
broken and only a system restore will fix the video intercept. I run the
jaws install and choose repair and it doesn't fix the problem. Any help for
win7 users on what to do about this.
thanks
Vic
