Yes, there is.  Go through the start menu | programs | accessories | =3D
system tools | system information.

In this utility you're placed in a tree control, so open system =3D
information, then software environment, then startup programs.  Then you =
=3D
can press the tab key to change to the pane which lists all the startup =
=3D
programs.
