Why a Finnish Eloquence voice?

Hi,
I'm from Finland and I'm very happy that there are a Eloquence voice which 
speaks Finnish. But WHY? The other languages of Eloquence (English, spanish, 
france and so on) have much much more speakers than Finnish? Do someone know 
why just Finnish is one of these language? Finnish is spoken by about five 
million people.
