Do you mean copying stuff from your computer to an SD card?If so, get a card reader from just about any computer store. Plug the card into the reader and the reader into your computer. Or, maybe the device you use the card in will show up as a drive when you connect it to your computer? If that's the case, connect the device to your computer with the card in it. In both cases, just use standard Windows copy and paste commands to move files from one drive to another.
