You can read what people type by hitting alt+1-8.

If you're using JAWS 4.51 or later, this is automatic. There are also good navigation keys built into the scripts for reading the last few messages at will. Quite seamless, really.

Jeanette, Personally I prefer MSN. It's not the only one that works with jaws, but personally I find it the easiest to use.
