That depends on where you got your machine from. Well there's really several ways to do that. Gateway has a scann configuration on their website if you have a gateway. The jaws sub-menu has a system information utility which lists all kinds of system information. and finally, you have system in the controll pannel. Once you go into system, you're on general tab.
