Hi how are you? What tools would i need in order to access the microsoft office 2003 course for intermediate certification? One problem is that i can't seem to be able to find the proper plug-in for adobe version 9.2! Where would i find this plug-in and next time that i do the scan my computer how will i know that the plug-in is installed? I would appreciate any information that you might have. Thank you. ----- Original Message ----- From: "CathyAnne Murtha" <cathy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Is it possible the Favorites and Personal Folders list have been closed or
collapsed within the Navigation Pane? Each has a header that can be closed.
If the header is closed, all you hear is "wonder bar" when you tab to the
Navigation Pane. You can't navigate at all because there are no lists open.

To open them, use the JAWS cursor and locate "Favorite Folders" and "Mail
Folders" execute a left click of each to expand the list under each header.

Once expanded, you can use SHIFT-TAB to once again access to the Navigation
Pane.
