Hi how are you? What tools would i need in order to access the microsoft office 2003 course for intermediate certification? One problem is that i can't seem to be able to find the proper plug-in for adobe version 9.2! Where would i find this plug-in and next time that i do the scan my computer how will i know that the plug-in is installed? I would appreciate any information that you might have. Is it possible the Favorites and Personal Folders list have been closed orcollapsed within the Navigation Pane? Each has a header that can be closed.If the header is closed, all you hear is "wonder bar" when you tab to theNavigation Pane.
