Personally I use and only use MSSE. Seems to offer a good level of
protection, even though it's free. It updates at least once a day, and scans
once a week by default on a schedule. Hope this helps.

Hi, Tracey I think its kind of a spy ware and anti-virus programme that
Microsoft have. Also while I am on the subject, and this is to anyone to
anser Tracey's Question more correctly than me. But I have a Question
myself. Basicly I have AVG Free 9.0 If I was to uninstall it and use MSSE,
would it be a better programme for me to be protected? You see I also have a
programme called Spy Bot with Jaws scripts. And during the installation of
MSSE it warned me that if I had other anti-virus programmes or spy ware ones
that they might interfer with each other and slow down my system. Does
anyone recommend certain programmes for me to use, and maybe for others?
