Hello Ron,

When you log in, are you given the option to select between "basic" and 
"premium" modes?  If so, select "basic" and you should be all set.  If not, 
ask if you can access your e-mail through another means, such as using full 
Outlook over a VPN or possibly by using Outlook Mobile Access.  OMA is an 
accessible, stripped down version of OWA used on mobile phones, which also 
happens to work well with Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Hi, here at university we use Outlook Web Access to retrieve our mail, and I
can work it with JAWS fine. Not sure what's going on there, sorry.
