Webmail

Hello Folks:
When I get into Webmail, I cannot seem to find the messages itself. I get
into webmail fine and dandy, then go into "check mail" - nothing and then I
tried "inbox" and still nothing. As Braille user only, I see a lot of empty
blank lines both in structured and line modes.
I knew there were some messages; however, my Braille display doesn't read
anything including the inbox stuff.
Help, please.
