In the JAWS help topics, open popular applications with JAWS, then
Microsoft applications, then Front Page. It may be what you want.

Hello list,
I have been asked to put together a quite complex web site, and I wonder
if anyone on the list might have some good ideas or advises to share
with me and the other listers. :-)
Of course I could hand-code all the html myself, but I wonder if there
are any Windows application out there which is accessible and easy to
use, and at the same time can handle complex web sites. I need to
include some of the same elements om all the pages - top menu, a footer
with contact information et cetera. I know that Arachnophilia has been
discussed on this list, but as far as I know, the last accessible
version of that program only support html 3.2. Therefore, any other
suggestions would be highly appreciated. :-)
