Next time this happens, instead of restarting try this, Wait about 30 seconds, and then go to utilities and Re-initialize authorization. For whatever reason occasionally when I fire up the laptop (W7, 64 bit) JAWS comes up in demo mode. I rebooted the HP and, WALLA, JAWS came up without a hitch. Any thoughts?
