Video Intercept Error

Can anyone tell me where the .setjv.exe file is located in Version 6 of
JFW? In the earlier versions it was in the .enu folder, but it is not
in the enu folder for version6.
I have been getting the Video Intercept error and I wanted to invoke
the .setjv.exe file to see if that will make it stop.
