I think I've found a workaround for Access 2007 that does not require
the use of a second screenreader-the JAWS cursor. I'd still rather find
a real fix, but I played around enough to know this works. I should be
able to go to the record I wish to read or edit using the usual Find
command, just as in the past. Each record appears as a single line, and
clicking inside the field of interest has the same effect as using the
F2 key. In fact, one should be able to click on the exact character he
wishes to either edit or delete.

Looking around, JAWS tells me the color scheme is something strange like
red on gray. Wonder if that could be the problem.
