Hi Your guess is as good as mine at this point. If they make you use Pro
for media center on XP then I'd bet they'll make you do it on Vista too?

Hi there,
No, they are Home Basic (I just call it Home)
and Home Premium (I just call it Premium).
Home Premium is equivalent to XP Media Center
(because it has Media Center application that
is not included in Home Basic), whereas Home
Basic is equivalent to XP Home. I'd guess
that JAWS Standard will work on these
versions. Vista Business (equivalent to XP
Pro) and Enterprize (higher version of
Business) will certaintly require JAWS Pro.
I think Ultimate (Home Premium and Enterprize
combined, plus new features and couple more
in a form of Ultimate Extras) might require
JAWS Pro.
Windows XP Media Center is based on XP Pro,
so I think it requires JAWS Pro (Rick, do you
know anything about this?).
Cheers,
Joseph
