To change the synthesizer, Jaws key, control S. Arrow down to sapi 5 and
enter.
To switch the voice, Jaws key, J, options, voices, enter on individual
voices and tab around.
New for version 8: Go to Say all in configuration manager, set options.
enter and follow the directions after you tab.
