Hi,
Of all the issues mentioned I find the lack of easy use of those mp3 files
to be very poor customer relations.
By making it hard, they guarantee more calls to Tech Support when they could
have offered 2 choices
for those who at this time would be using the Daisy player demo for onep
urpose only--to read those trainingfiles!
Whata mess.
Thanks for telling me  that the  mp3 files aren't logically or conveniently
organized!
Did some one plan all this in the  11th hour?
