Using the Daisy Trainingmaterials?

I would like to read the Daisy training files, but don't want to go to the
JAWS 6.0 program CD and go to the training folder. I am told that all the
daisy books are in there, but isn't there somewhere on the JFW web site I
can get the Daisy Training Books?
I hate to use the JFW Program CD since I don't want it to start
automatically, I know if I hold down the Left shift key when I put in the CD
it will not start, but when I try to use the Windows Explorer to read the CD
it tries to start the program!
