Hi You can check the "hold down insert key" in the Jaws default configuration
settings. It's the first dialogue and the option before the cancel button.

I have reesently suffered a stroak, and in the process lost the use of my
right hand. Are there a way to do something similir to the windows sticky
keys with the insert key?
