Using hotmail

Hi!
I went into my hotmail account earlier today after about a month's absence. I
only use hotmail as an emergency backup and I was trying to forward a message
to someone, but couldn't find a "send" button on the forward page in order to
complete the action. I don't know about writing and sending a message, but
this was the case for me when I tried to forward a message. Has anyone else
had this issue and, if so, were you able to complete the task? Any help is
appreciated. Thank you.
