Using V-Lookup in Excel with JAWS

Dear Members,
Is the V-Look up function in Excel accessible with JAWS? If it is
accessible, could you kindly provide any tips or tutorials for using the
same with JAWS?
I am using JAWS version 9 with Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007.
