From an accessability standpoint I wonder how this affect the further
development of Voiceover? Voiceover has promise and I hope this isn't a
route for Apple to provide accesssability instead.

So long as you understand that you are not going to be able to run Mac 
software with your Jaws. I suppose one wrinkle might be the video display 
hardware.  Otherwise I expect that XP is XP.
