Using Hijack this with Jaws?

Hi all, I just finished reading an article on spyware removal from pc world
magazine. The two best combination they talked about weree Hijack this, and
counter spy. I downloaded the Hijack this program. Has anyone used it with
Jaws? Is it pretty accessible? I still don't quite understand what the program
does. Does Hijack this remove spyware like spybot doees, or doees it do
someething different. I want to hear from the list before I unzip it and
install it. Thanks for any help.
