RE: Using Excel and Jaws?

It doesn't stay the same for all sheets.  It's a custom file that
applies only to the document for which it was created, so if you do a
lot of them you'll have one for each.  This can get a bit crowded, and
you may need to go in there and clean out files associated with sheets
you no longer use, but it's a great feature.

Yes that is a good tip. The keyboard shortcut for Row and Column headers
is

Column CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + C
Rows CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + R

It works well. Just bare in mind that if you use the verbocity screen to
set 
it, set the number according to which column or row your headers are
actualy 
on.

Remember that this setting seems to stay the same for all spreadsheets
so if 
you open a spreadhsheet were the headers are in a differant place it can
get 
very confusing unless you then use the keyboard shortucts to change the 
settings.
