Easy.
The instructions are at the bottom of every post, but! for your convenience:
Send a blank e-mail to:
jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
leave the subject empty.
In the body of the e-mail, type:
unsubscribe
That's all there is to it. You'll get a confirmation e-mail back from the
listserv which you'll have to reply to to confirm your request. Don't change a
thing in it. leave the subject as is, and whatever you do! leave the body of
the e-mail just as is.
That should work.
Also, if that doesn't work, try going to the list home page, and doing it
straight from there.
If your mail client yacks at you about there being no subject, just hit ok, and
tell it to send the mail anyway regardless.

Laura, your better bet would be to unsubscribe under your current address
and then re-subscribe under the new one. That way you won't get duplicates.
