One answer is to simply remove it from the list of fields that display on the
entry, if you never want to hear it.
While in Outlook, go to the View Menu with ALT V.
Select Current View.
Then select Customize Current Views.
The specific option label names may be different, depending on which Outlook
release you are using.
The field you should land on is FIELDS... Press enter.
Tab around the screen and you will hear that you can add, remove fields to the
display.
There is a list of all the possible fields to add to the display.
You can also change the order of the fields that display by placing your cursor
on the field you want to move, tab forward and select move up or move down.
Locate the list of "Show Fields in this order".
Arrow down to Icons.
Tab back and press enter on remove.

Always,
