no, no virus, my tech guy says thaqt it's just a feature on the computer, and 
only happens if I push the shift key 5 times in arow, something like a mystery?

  I agree with the sticky key being anoying. However, I have never had that. Is 
there any possibility that it is a virus or something like the sort? If not try 
running a "check disk for errors". That may fix it. If not, then I have no more 
ideas. I get something similar (the fact that I can't use any keys) when I exit 
openbook. But it goes away just after the openbook closing sound.

    I get this message every so often when my computer freezes up and I try to 
use a key command to do anything.
    Does anyone know what it means? It stops after a while, but I can't control 
it or anything.
